Email info@loyaltyclub.in for customer accounts, merchant workspaces, technical problems and privacy concerns. Include the relevant business name and a short description. Never send a password, OTP or full payment details.
Privacy and data requests
Use our account deletion page to submit a verified request. For access, correction or other privacy concerns, email the address above with the subject “Privacy request”. We verify identity before sharing or changing personal data.
Payments
Include the payment reference, transaction date and the account/business involved. Do not email card numbers, UPI PINs or bank login details. See our payments and refunds policy.
Store rewards
The participating business supplies its products and services and sets reward terms. Contact the issuing business about availability, a store visit or a reward. Contact us if the app fails to record an eligible action.
